We offer both a WEB ONLY and Windows based version of our software. If you use the full-featured Windows version, Web Link updates data on your web site for you.

WEB LINK - Is a small program that syncs data with your in-house software to your web site. You set how often updates are posted.

NO RETYPING - Data links directly to the Waybill Tracking System. SECURE - Our software posts basic information every few minutes to an Internet Service Provider. No outside customers access your Local Network, reducing the risk of someone ‘hacking’ into your computers.

ONLINE PROOF OF DELIVERY - Track a shipment from your web site. Customers can filters by date ranges or PO numbers and drill down to complete shipment details.

ONLINE ORDER ENTRY - Request a pickup from your web site that imports directly to the program. When an order arrives, your staff is emailed and a message shows up in the Waybill Tracking software.

QUICK TRACK- Customers can view their delivery details without having to log in.

SCANNED PAPERWORK - Optionally post house bills, customs forms, etc. for logged-in customers to see.

DRIVER / AGENT LOGIN - Give your drivers or delivery agents a manifest with Google Maps, instructions, and address details. They can then enter delivery status, charges, and notes which imports back into Waybill Tracking. Includes a mobile phone interface.
